List of essentials to be carried on visit
➢ Bringing or consuming pan-masala, gutkha, cigarette, chewing gum etc. in the bus, guest house, or in any
of the business facilities is strictly prohibited. A penalty of INR 1000 will be levied for possession of any of
these items.
➢ If any of the above stated prohibited items are found to be consumed or any empty packets are found in
the bus, guest house or business facilities, a penalty of INR 5,000 will be levied on the concerned
school/college. The institution will not be given the benefit of a visit under Project Udaan in the future.
➢ Pick-up and drop location of the bus is fixed. While traveling, the bus will halt at the designated stop. The
bus will not stop at any other points.
➢ While in the bus, students must be seated quietly– standing or moving around in a moving bus can lead
to fatal accidents.

➢ It is the responsibility of the school/college visit coordinator to plan for anything that may be required
while travelling via the bus. They must refrain from getting into any disputes with the bus driver and
conductor.
➢ No relatives are allowed to visit the guest house or meet the students and teachers. ➢ Nutritious
breakfast and meals are provided by the Adani Foundation at the guest house. No student or teacher is
allowed to go outside for purchasing food items.
➢ This is an educational trip. Participants are expected to maintain discipline and politeness, from the
beginning to the end of the industrial exposure tour and use their mandated time for learning and
reflecting.
➢ If a particular student is found to be committing any kind of misconduct, then the remaining part of
his/her educational trip will stand cancelled and a penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be levied.
