workers, etc.). There are oftenpenalties in
place for failure to report and immunity for
those who do report in good faith.
Child Support Guidelines Many states have implemented policies to help
support the needs of abused and neglected
children, including guidelines on financial
assistance for foster care and adoption
parents.
