About Ready is a training program that aims to address the problem of companies struggling to find qualified job applicants and students lacking practical job skills. It guides students through profile building, learning projects, internships, and mentoring to make them ready for their dream jobs. The program collects data from students and companies to identify problems and validate its approach. It generates revenue through student subscriptions and partnerships with companies, educational institutes, and testing organizations. The goal is to innovatively mold students and help them achieve their career goals through a process of guided, hands-on learning experiences.
