  • 1. About Me • Louisa is a Ghanaian, married and works as an Administrative Assistant with an educational institution. She is kind , intelligent , resourceful, highly motivated to achieve set goals and a self confident person. she believes every human being has untapped potentials and with the right motivation can reached heights never imagine.   • 2. Education • A Diploma in Media studies (Manifold Tutorial College) • Holds a degree in Human Resource Management (Central University College) • Currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration(MBA) with specialty in Employee Relations (University of Leicester)

Courses Attended • Short course in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing. • Advance Short Course in Public Relations. • Short Course in Performance Management and Human Resource Development Practice. • Short Course in Strategic Leadership. • Currently pursuing University of Leicester Online Network Employability e- workshop.

Achievements • Part of a team that has ensured the continuous running of Legislative drafting Course for African member states on behalf of the Commonwealth Secretariat , London and the Government of Ghana for eight consecutive years. • Due diligence in support services provided to the examination secretariat has ensure successful examinations for the past 7 years.
  • 9. Ambitions • To work with a multi-national company as Head of Human Resource Management. • To set-up a consultancy firm and contribute to the human resource development of my country.
