Updating the data’s on daily basis through extracting the same from Websites.
Maintaining the other external Magazines data.
Data Collection for Marketing Purpose:-
Collecting the data’s related to Industrial Products with their Company Address,
Person, Designation, Address, City, Pincode, State, Country, E-mail Id,
Websites, and Products details from Indiamart, TradeIndia, Yellowpages,
Magazines and other related websites for “Industrial Products Finder”.
Collecting the data’s related to Textile Products with their Company Address,
Person, Designation, Address, City, Pincode, State, Country, E-mail Id,
Websites, and Products details from Indiamart, Tradeindia, Yellowpages and with
other related websites for “The Indian Textile Journal”.
Collecting the data’s related to Automotive Products with the Company
Address Company Address, Person, Designation, Address, City, Pincode, State,
Country, E-mail Id, Websites, and products details from Indiamart, Tradeindia,
Yellowpages and with other related websites for “Automotive Products
Finder”.
Culling the Visiting Cards like Exhibitions list, Collected by Executives received

Month wise 2000 mailer data’s are sending for Subscription.
Special Focus data to all branches:-
Sending the month wise Special Focus data to all branches for marketing.
Filtering out data like Product/Categories wise on request from branches.

Search Engine Optimization: Writing the description of Industrial Products and
submitting with tags in various SEO related websites for Google rank.
Google Analytics: Working towards Google analytics bits for promotion work.

With access to real time stock data, sales person taking an order can confirm the availability of the material.
When the sales person enters the sales order into the system, the order data is immediately available to
production, so manufacturing can update production plane and material management can plan the delivery
of the order. The same sales data is also available to accounting for preparing invoices.
