ZRK group is one of the largest panel board manufacturer in Pakistan & recently HUA YAN
Petrochemical machinery Equipment Co. Ltd China known as PCMC is setting up a
Formaldehyde Plant Capacity 50,000 Ton/year for ZRK Group. The Plant applies with both Off
& Flue Gases recycle Technology. The advantage of the technology is stable, safe, easy to
handle, low raw material Cost & the concentration could reached up to 52%.
Main Responsibilities
 Testing & Checking of Raw material & Finished Product Physically as well as
Chemically (Qualitative & Quantitatively).
 Preparation of all types of solutions (Normal, Molar, Molal, Formal & %) as per SOP.
 Ensure performance of work in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
 Perform all tests and quantity takes off calculations as required.
 Instrumentation including Spectrophotometer UV, GC for Quality Measurement.
 Operation of Formaldehyde (F/A) plant in accordance with standard operating procedures,
to achieve production targets.
