此系列膨胀楔式，暗杆闸阀能广泛用与各种环境。
系列闸阀完全按照 APl 6A 和 l S0 10423 标准设计，法兰连接 K 型系列闸阀公称通径从 2 1/1 6”到 4 1/1 6”，螺纹
连接系列闸阀公称通径从 2 1/1 6”到 4 1/1 6”，压力等级从 3000psi 到 5000psi。
特点：
1．该膨胀闸阀不依赖上游或下游管道压力而通过阀座产生可靠双向密封机制。阀板在阀门关闭时接触阀门底部，紧
固手轮继续旋转阀杆，阀板的各片受压而挤压阀座从而产生一种可靠的双向密封。

The Series is a split gate, non rising stem, full bore, through conduit gate valve designed to work in
variety of environments.
Split gate valves (PFK manual gate valves) are in full compliance with API 6A & ISO 10423, and are
available in flanged end connections from 2-1/16" bore to 4-1/16" bore, and in threaded end connections
from 2-1/16" to 4-1/16", pressure ratings 3000 and 5000 psi.
Features:
1 .The split gate creates a positive mechanical bi-directional seal across the seats which does not
depend on line pressure on either the upstream or downstream side. At the end of closing stroke the gate
contacts the bottom of the valve. With continued rotation of the stem by tightening the hand-wheel, the
gate segments expand against the seats creating a positive bi- directional seal.
2. The seats are fixed into the body to prevent high pressure seat float and have a seat insert for positive
sealing. Metal to metal seating is available upon request.
3.Metal-to-metal sealing between body and bonnet interface, and seat/ body interface are stable and
environmentally resistant.
4.The stem packing is re-energizable with the valve in line and under pressure using the injectable
packing fitting. The valve is also equipped with two body fittings for easy draining and lubrication.
This split gate valve (PFK manual gate valves) has a preferred flow direction to assure low torque
operation which is marked on the outside of the valve. Valve operating temperatures to 650 degres F are
available.

H2 CHOKE VALVE

The family of H2 chokes is ideally suited for a broad range of choke applications, including
wellheads,production manifolds, choke and kill manifolds, well testing and clean-up operations.
The H2 Classic is a multi-pressure needle and seat choke that handles standard, erosive and corrosive
service in stride with pressure ratings up to 15,000psi.Three configurations are available:
Positive choke -provides a fixed flow condition with a large selection of available bean sizes and types.
Adjustable choke - provides variable flow rates, but can be locked into position if a fixed flow rate is
required.
PAC choke - a dedicated positive/adjustable choke ideally suited for long-term use as either a positive of
adjustable choke. This choke is equipped with a unique bonnet assembly to fully retract the stem from
the erosive flow path. This feature increases stem life and maintains controllability when operating as an
adjustable choke.
An optional combination bean/seat converts the adjustable choke to a positive/adjustable choke for
bringing on the well slowly with the adjustable feature. Once the desired flow rate is reached, the choke
can then be operated as a positive choke. This reduces wear on the wing or master gate valves because
they are not used to control flow.
In every application, the H2 Classic delivers long life and low maintenance.

MS 单流阀主要应用于高压泥浆节流管汇和高压采油树进入端以及压井管线上。
其特点有：
1．金属对金属密封，金属密封具有相比橡胶材料耐井液腐蚀及耐高温老化的好处。
2．流线型阀座使阀门承受较小流体喘动从而延长了阀门的使用寿命。
3．MS 单流阀不需润滑和例性保养。
4．锻钢结构：MS 单流阀由锻钢制成并有库柏卡麦龙质量保证支持。
MS 单流阀可以使用的液体有油，汽，水或钻井液体，其可以广泛应用各种材料，温度等级禾 IAP l 的各产品规范等级

Primary applications for the MS Check Valve are high pressure mud choke manifolds and high pressure
Christmas tree injection and kill lines.
MS Check Valve Features:
1.Metal-to-Metal Seals: Metal sealing offers advantages over elastomeric seals in applications where
chemical and well fluid attack and extremes of temperature are factors.
2.Streamlined Valve Seat: Streamlined valve seat area results in less flow turbulence and improves body
longevity.
3.Low Maintenance Operation: The MS Check Valve is non-lubricated and requires no routine
maintenance.
4.Forged Steel Construction: MS Check Valves are made from forged steel with Cooper Cameron quality
assurance behind them.
MS Check Valves can be used with oil, gas, water or drilling fluids. They are available in all material
and temperature classes as well as product specification levels (PSL) as specified in API6A. End-to-
end measurements are in accordance with API 6A. Connections can be flanged, clamp, butt weld or
combination. MS Check Valves can be supplied to special customer specifications.

CASING HEAD
套管头是连接套管和各种井口装置的一种部件。用以支持技术套管和油层套管的重力，密封各层管间的环形空间，为
安装防喷器。油管头和采油树等上部井口装置提供过渡连接，并且通过套管头本体上的两个侧口，可以进行补挤水泥，
监控井沉和注平衡液等作业。
油管头通常是一个顶部和底部均为法兰连接的四通，它被安装在套管头上法兰上来悬挂油管挂和密封油管柱与
油层套管之间的环形空间，由油管头四通和油管挂组成。
The casing head is a kind of part of connecting casings and wellheads. It is used to support the weight
of technical casing and intermediate casing and seal the annular space between the casings, which
provides a transition joint for the installation of the tubing head, Christmas tree and other wellheads. The
two-side-outlet design allows the casing head to supply cement, monitor and control well's sinking, and
inject balance liquids etc.
Tubing head is usually a spool with both flanged ends. It is set on the top flange of casing head to hang
tubing hanger and seal the annular space between the tubing string and intermediate casing, consisting
of tubing head spool and tubing hanger.

油管头通常是一个顶部和底部均为法兰连接的四通，它被安装在套管头上法兰上来悬挂油管挂和密封油管柱与油层套
管之间的环形空间，由油管头四通和油管挂组成。
Tubing head is usually a spool with both flanged ends. It is set on the top flange of casing head to hang
tubing hanger and seal the annular space between the tubing string and intermediate casing, consisting
of tubing head spool and tubing hanger.

38. 防喷器
BOP(BLOW OUT PREVENTOR)
U 型防喷器主要应用于陆地和海洋平台。闸板式防喷器尺寸氛围广泛，闸板在 U 型防喷器里是赋压的。井口压力作用
于闸板上增加了密封力并在液压损失时维持了密封，通过增加井口压力密封整体性得到改善，此外 U 型防喷器还具有
以下特点：
- 较大尺寸的液压螺栓张力可保证螺栓载荷持续精确和稳定。
- 由于有阀盖密封支承环就无需在安装阀盖螺栓 / 螺母时使用很大的力矩。
- 液压操作锁定机制，楔式锁，液动的锁定闸板并在有压力通过时仍保持闸板是被紧紧关闭的。操作系统能用程序帽
被联锁以确保楔式锁在施压打开防喷器之前被退回。
- 海洋应用时，压力平衡室与楔式锁一起被用来排除楔式锁由于受液动静水压力而打开的可能。
其他特点还有液动打开阀盖，本体是锻造的以及有多种闸板可供选择以满足不同应用条件。
7 寸防喷器的磅级为 5000PSl 至 1 5000PSl。
The U BOP is the most widely used ram-type BOP for land, platform and subsea applications worldwide.
The rams in the U BOP are pressure- energized. Wellbore pressure acts on the rams to increase the
sealing force and maintain the seal in case of hydraulic pressure loss. Seal integrity is actually improved
by increased well bore pressure. Other features of the U BOP include:
--Hydraulic stud tensioning available on larger sizes to ensure that stud loading is consistently accurate
and even.
--Bonnet seal carrier is available to eliminate the need for high makeup torque on bonnet studs and nuts.
--Hydraulically operated locking mechanisms, wedgelocks, lock the ram hydraulically and hold the rams
mechanically closed even when actuating pressure is released. The operating system can be interlocked
using sequence caps to ensure that the wedgelock is retracted before pressure is applied to open the
BOP.
--For subsea applications, a pressure balance chamber is used with the wedgelocks to eliminate the
possibility of the wedgelock becoming unlocked due to hydrostatic pressure.
Other features include hydraulically opening bonnets, forged body and a wide selection of
rams to meet all applications.
Our 7" BOP is available in pressure ratings of 5000PSI-15000PSI.

MANIFOLD
管汇是一种由管道和阀门连接起来用以控制，分流和监控流体的装置，其通常根据不同功能具有不同的构造，比如节
流管汇是控制井涌、实施油气井压力控制技术的必要设备。在防喷器关闭条件下，利用节流阀的启闭，控制一定的套
压来维持井底压力始终略大于地层压力，避免地层流体进一步流入井内。此外在实施关井时，可用节流管汇泄压以实
现软关井。当井内压力升高到一定极限时，通过它来放喷以保护井口。当井口压力升高时，可通过压井管汇向井内泵
入重钻井液以平衡井底压力，防止井涌和井喷的发生；可利用它所连接的放喷管线进行直接放喷，释放井底压力；也
可以用来挤水泥固井作业用向井口注入清水和灭火剂。通过压井管汇单流阀，压井液或其他流体只能向井内注入，而
不能回流以达到压井和其他作业的目的。
在每种应用中，操作的功能性要求，控制的精度以及要求的仪器必须在其构造中指明。
An arrangement of piping or valves designed to control, distribute and often monitor fluid flow. Manifolds
are often configured for specific functions, For example, choke manifold is necessary device to control
the well kick successfully and execute the pressure control technology on oil/gas well in the course of
drilling, as it is, the device is adopted to execute new drilling-well's technique of balance pressure, which
can avoid pollution of oil-layer, improve the speed of drilling and control blowout effectively. In case of
increase of the well head pressure, the kill manifold can provide a means of pumping heavy drilling fluid
into the well to balance bottom hole pressure so that well kick and blowout can be prevented. In this
case, the increasing well head pressure also can be released directly through blowdown lines connected
to the kill manifold so as to release bottom hole pressure, or the water and extinguishing agent can be
injected into the well using the kill manifold. The check valves on the kill manifold only allow injection
of kill fluid or other fluids into the well bore through the mselves, but do not allow any backflow so as to
perform the kill operation or other operations.
In each case, the functional requirements of the operation have been addressed in the configuration of
the manifold and the degree of control and instrumentation required.
