Activities performed: The vendor of the our Terminal Operating
Systems (Navis Cargotec) have as policy to compel all their customers
to upgrade the TOS every one and half year, I lead this upgrade with
a minimum budget. The team has achieved successfully the upgrade.
We realized USD 168.000 cost reduction, this amount matches the
quotation sent by the vendor the Navis consultants led the project.

from Port of Djibouti SA. I lead the project of the organization and the
setting up of the system information of the payroll. The project team
has successfully achieved their objectives in a minimum budget and 1
month of hard work.
