Recognition of

If you have acquired skills through prior formal
education and training; informal training or work
experience you may be able to further fast track your
study by receiving RPL. By taking into account your
relevant skills, knowledge and experience you may be
able to gain a qualification or complete a qualification
with a small amount of additional training.

LTT
LTT is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 51621)
and a leading provider of technical training in Australia.
LTT provides nationally recognised qualifications with
practical, hands-on training delivered by trainers with
relevant industry experience.
In 2012 LTT was awarded the Training Provider
of the Year Award at the Australian Training Awards,
in recognition of the high quality of training delivery
provided to students.
Government
Funded Training
Many of LTT’s nationally recognised courses are now
subsidised by the government for eligible students.
Eligible employers that indenture trainees in recognised
Certificate IV qualifications lodged with the Department of
Training and Workforce Development may be eligible to
claim grants from the Construction Training Fund. These
are up to $9,000 and are paid in three instalments. For

Certificate IV in Building and
Construction (Building) (CPC50210)
Overview: This course will provide students with the
knowledge required for the construction of residential
and low rise buildings along with resources and business
management skills required to manage a small, medium or
large size building company; on site and safety management
strategies for use in the construction industry.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
(Site Management) (CPC40508)
Overview: This course will provide students with
the technical and legislative knowledge along with business
and resource management skills required for the on-site
supervision of residential and low rise building construction
projects; on-site safety and safety management strategies
for use in the construction industry.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
(Contract Administration) (CPC40208)
Overview: This course will provide students
with technical and legislative knowledge along with
the business and managerial skills required for the
administration of building contracts for residential and
small, medium and large sized enterprises.
Certificate IV in Building and
Construction (Estimating) (CPC40308)
Overview: This course will provide students with the
knowledge required for the estimation of costs and
budgets, monitoring building construction costs, creation
of schedules and programs for the construction of
residential and low rise buildings along with resources and
business management skills required by a small, medium
and large sized building companies.
Diploma of Building and Construction
(Builders Registration) (CPC50210)
Overview: This course will provide students with
the knowledge and skills required to manage building
company resources in construction projects up to medium
rise status; on-site safety and building company safety
management strategies for use in the construction
industry. The builder may also be the licensed person with
responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority
in the State or Territory and in accordance with States
and Territories legislation and additional requirements to
attainment of this course may be required.
Diploma of Building Surveying
(CPC50108)
Overview: This course will provide students with the
technical and legislative knowledge to assess and certify
existing and proposed building construction projects,
provide consultation and report on matters regarding
compliance with National Construction Code, Australian
Standards, State and Local government legislation and
other statutory authorities.
