JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create a Schedule Health Check dashboard and monitor its indexes based on DCMA-14.
• Track Relationship and scope changes in sub-contractor schedule.
• Create and Update Project Look ahead report and report its consequence.
• Create and update Progress Monitoring Dashboard and Resource Monitoring Dashboard
to check project progress indexes.
• Participate in project meetings such as KOM and periodic project meetings with other
parties and vendors.
• Prepare project schedule (Level I, Detail, overall) based on project portfolio.
• Preparing Analysis reports including schedule delay, cost overrun, and other variance
analysis by tabular and graphical charts based on PMBOK indexes such as SPI and CPI.
• Prepare a three-month look-ahead plan and procurement Dashboard Reports and monthly
or weekly reports
• Prepare Procurement Status Report and Monitoring estimate time arrival (ETA) date
according to the project schedule.
• Monitoring and controlling projects based on actual values contrasts with the baseline
schedule and planned values and creates a delay analysis report.
• Utilizing various reports and diagrams, including S-curve/Cash and dashboard Flow, to
facilitate project controlling and identifying problematic areas.
• Analysis of workforce plan, actual progress, and actual budget compared to plan value to
provide various status reports and monitor project trends.
• Checking project data integrity by checking the Gantt chart and S-Curve in both resources
and activities levels.
• Getting baseline from approved project plan and maintaining and updating baselines in
case of necessity.
• Defining logic and budget assignments to the activities and deliverables and making a
baseline.
3. • Updating the schedule and progress on a weekly/monthly basis, incorporating the change
requests, re-baselining the project based on the requirements, and implementing Earned
Value Management based on client portfolio priorities.
• Monitoring project progress based on actual values contrasts with baseline schedule and
planned values.
• Provide special plans (catch-up or recovery plan) for delayed projects, considering with
new manpower plan and machinery histogram.
• Update Software information for Min/Max each Material/Equipment in coordination with
the Maintenance Department.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
