Introduction
UDA Holdings Berhad (previously Malaysian Urban
Development Authority) is a Malaysian holding corporation.
Its purpose was to initiate and manage urban development
projects linked to business, industry, and housing. It was
also in charge of creating urban infrastructure. After a few
status modifications, it is now known as UDA Holdings
Berhad, a publicly traded corporation.

MINISTRY OF FINANCE INC. UDA IS DELISTED FROM THE MAIN BOARD OF
BURSA MALAYSIA AND BECOMES A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF
KHAZANAH NASIONAL. THE FOLLOWING YEAR, KHAZANAH TRANSFERS ALL
