                         its inception in 1999. It is said to have a track record of creating residential
                         townships and projects in the areas of Pradhikaran and Pimpri-Chinchwad. They
                         have completed several projects of row houses, apartments, twin bungalows and
                         also ventured into commercial projects. Till today they have developed projects
                         across 30 acres of land and built-up area of more than 1.7 million sq ft. They even
                         won the AESA award in 2008 for one of their residential projects.

                         O VERALL
                         In our opinion, this looks like a good project from the investment point of view
                         for the future. The industrial area has been growing at an accelerating rate, but
                         the current price asked is high for this area. This project is targeted for the IT
                         people in the Talawade area and also for the middle income groups. If you want
                         to make this place your home, you will have to wait as the date of completion is
                         nearly 18 months.
