The Personal Agent is a web-based portal that provides users with control over their communication services and features without needing a desktop application. It allows users to click-to-call contacts, manage call rules and directories, see presence status of contacts, access call logs and voicemail, and change preferences from any internet-connected computer or mobile device using a web browser. The portal also enables administrators to optionally control call distribution and hunt groups.
