This document outlines Rahul R's project review on a study of job satisfaction among employees at Dream Bikes showroom in Mannarkad. The study aims to understand employee satisfaction levels regarding infrastructure, compensation, relationships, communication, and decision-making. It will also identify areas for improvement. Primary data will be collected through questionnaires and interviews with 50 employee samples. The methodology is a survey using interviews and questionnaires to understand satisfaction levels and relationships within the organization.
