NEED OF THE STUDY:
 To know the employee satisfaction level towards
the organization.
 To understand the relationship within the
organization.
 To study the communication flow within the
organization.
 To determine the worker’s participation in
decision-making.
 To find whether there is scope for improvement
within the organization.
SCOPE OF STUDY
The purpose of the study is to know the employee
satisfaction level towards the organization and
have conducted the study within the organization
i.e. employees of dream bikes showroom.
OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
Primary objective
• To study the job satisfaction among employees in dream
bikes showroom, manarkkad.
Secondary objectives
• To know the employee satisfaction level towards the
organization regarding the infrastructure working condition
compensation and other facilities.
• To understand the relationship within the organization
• To know the communication flow within the organization
• To know the level of worker’s participation in decision
making.
• To find whether there is scope for improvement.

 Data Source--Primary Data ( From questionnaire and
personal interaction )
 Secondary data --Internet
 Research approach--Survey method.
 Research Instrument--Questionnaire.

NEED OF THE STUDY:  To know the employee satisfaction level towards the organization.  To understand the relationship within the organization.  To study the communication flow within the organization.  To determine the worker’s participation in decision-making.  To find whether there is scope for improvement within the organization.
  • 5. SCOPE OF STUDY The purpose of the study is to know the employee satisfaction level towards the organization and have conducted the study within the organization i.e. employees of dream bikes showroom.
  • 6. OBJECTIVE OF STUDY Primary objective • To study the job satisfaction among employees in dream bikes showroom, manarkkad. Secondary objectives • To know the employee satisfaction level towards the organization regarding the infrastructure working condition compensation and other facilities. • To understand the relationship within the organization • To know the communication flow within the organization • To know the level of worker’s participation in decision making. • To find whether there is scope for improvement.
