industries through technological innovation and mass

by revenue in the world. It is the second largest

 Amazon Logistics is a shipping and delivery service
meant to complement existing providers like UPS,
USPS and FedEx. They are separate logistics providers
contracted pick up deliveries at Amazon warehouses
and sorting centers for distribution.
 The Amazon Logistics infrastructure can either help or
hurt third-party sellers, drastically improving their
ability to serve customers and deliver goods or
significantly hurting their feedback scores and
subsequently their online reputation.

 CON: For one, late or mishandled deliveries can impact a seller’s
feedback score. Not only does this score play a role in whether
customers decide to buy from that seller or not, but it can also
influence the merchant’s ability to win the buy box – a crucial
placement when multiple sellers offer the same product.
 CON: Sellers also have no control of Amazon Logistics. They can’t
pick and choose which providers they want to use – even if they’ve
been burned by one before.
 PRO: Still, there are advantages to Amazon Logistics. It allows you to
take advantage of Amazon’s cutting-edge programs like
Lockers, Fresh, Flex and Prime Air, and it gives you the chance to
offer expedited, same-day and even two-hour shipping in certain
geographic areas.
 PRO: Amazon Logistics can also offer an advantage in times of high
shipping volume when services like USPS are backed up and bogged
down.

founded by Deepinder Goyal in 2008. Zomato provides information,
menus and user-reviews of restaurants, and also has food delivery
options from partner restaurants in select cities. As of 2019, the
service is available in 24 countries and in more than 10,000 cities.
 Zomato, founded in 2008, is India’s largest restaurant guide listing
over 42,000 restaurants across 12 cities in the country – Delhi NCR,
Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad,
Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Indore. Zomato was
started by IIT Delhi alumni in July 2008 for Delhi NCR and has

transportation and logistics companies like DHL, CEVA,
FEDEX, ODFL, SAIA, UPS and SCHNEIDER which ships
the exact order to exact customer at right delivery
time or day given by Dell which on the whole helps to
increase customer satisfaction.

 1. Dell s three supply chain strategies are the most basic strength; it
helps the organization to lower its cost by holding minimum inventory,
reducing number of mediators in distribution channel, helps the
customer to customize pc according to their choice.
 2. Dell boasts very capable manufacturing, distribution process which
helps to offer powerful systems to customers at a competitive price.
 Weakness:
 1. If its supply chain strategies helps it to reduce costs , it also increase
s the cost of maintenance because more of use of specialized
technology, more specialized labors work needed to operate them
which increase the costs of maintenance.
 2. Dell direct model might create problem for home user customers,
because some customers cannot easily customize pc s according to
their specifications, it might take days to finish it and on the other
hand they can t go to any retailers if they found any problem.
