This document presents a study on customer satisfaction with Uber cab services in Coimbatore city, India. The objectives are to understand customer opinions on convenience, comfort, pricing, driver behavior, and service promptness. The study uses surveys of 100 respondents in Coimbatore and analyzes the data using simple percentages, chi-square, and ranking methods. It provides context on Uber as a global ridesharing company and reviews previous literature on factors influencing customer preferences for taxi services.
