Over the period of time it has added BPO services in its portfolio and now it is
the only credible BPO
organisation in the state of
Tripura. Besides it’s
consistently promoting “Tripura
to the outside world it has been
rendering yeoman’s service to
the society entirely free of cost.
TripuraInfo.com is currently the
only 360o
content service
provider for the state portals which had developed a content of more than 20 Govt. Line
Departments. It has a wide range of free services providing to the state’s citizen of Tripura
which are like a domestic call centre where any people can able to procure contact details on
Ambulance services, Hospitals, Officials…etc. TripuraInfo.com also runs the farmer’s portal
and the only kissan call centre for providing technical and market related information to the
stakeholders in Agriculture and farmers in particular It also organises socially relevant
events and Mega Quiz every year. The TripuraInfo Mega Quiz is currently the most sought
after contest by students and related communities in the state of Tripura. It also undertakes
various effective training and capacity building programs in various areas. TripuraInfo press
release (TPR) network is Tripura’s lone privately managed press release distribution
network on Web.
Presently, TripuraInfo.com has gained the trust and confidence of various stakeholders
under the capable and visionary leadership of its Managing
Director and Promoter Mr. Jayanta Debnath. He has born
and brought up in the state of Tripura where he dared to
dream big to become an entrepreneur and enter the world of
internet based services and web based solutions in the state
of Tripura when IT was just in its nascent stage in the state
where there is poor infrastructural facilities in terms of
information technology, poor connectivity, remoteness of the
state from the mainland of the country and inadequate
institutional support, many people saw it as an audacious and challenging step at that time in
Tripura.
11
As the saying goes, “Dreams are not those that come while sleeping but dreams are
those which don’t let someone sleep” , Debnath continued with relentless efforts,
perseverance, hard work and dedication towards bringing the benefits of Information
technology to the common people of Tripura. Debnath initially started his career as a
journalist in one of the reputable dailies in the state of Tripura, Debnath kept his dream alive
and over a period of time the seed has sown in 2001 in the form of TripuraInfo.com which
emerged into a lively, evergreen and fully grown tree.
Creative Advertisement
According to Phillip Kotler we know that “Advertising is any paid form of non-personal
presentation & promotion of ideas, goods or services by an identified sponsor” or in a
very simple word we can also say that advertisement is all about giving information to the
consumers or customers for a new products or services that are going to be launched or
which is already available in the market.
Therefore we can say that creative advertisements are those advertisements which
include innovation and techniques which help in influencing the consumers/customers and
drive them to purchase the product or try the service. Creative Advertisement can be in any
form of advertisements like Bill Boards, Flex, Posters, Hoardings or Animations…etc.
Creative Advertisements basically created to stand unique from others and able to target the
audience as well as to stimulate repeat purchase of products and services.
Last but not the least developing a creative advertisement won’t be that effective without
implementing creative strategies as well.
Therefore we can say that creative strategies are the outline prepared by the
creative team of an advertising agency for the launching of an advertising campaign or
message. A creative strategy is generally the result of a team composed of one or more
copywriters, an art director and a creative director. The creative strategy generally explains
how the advertising campaign will meet the advertising objectives of the business.

Advertisements Made by
TripuraInfo.com
After a period of 1month Internship at TripuraInfo.com I came to know that the organisation
does their advertisement in many different ways which are like Poster Adv. , Hoardings, Flex,
Online Advertisements in their Websites as well as in social Media Through Facebook,
Twitter & LinkedIn. Apart from these
the organisations do host a show like
TripuraInfo mega Quiz competition
which is a greatest & Successful
event hosted by them where they not
only host the show to share
knowledge but they also promote
their organisation and their different
products and services as well.
Apart from above techniques
they also does believes in Word of
Mouth where 20 satisfied customers
or clients will bring 80 new
clients/customers due to which they
serve and provide the best services and products to their clients to build a healthy
relationship between them.
The organisation doesn’t only do their advertisement in the traditional way but they
also do their promotions through third parties event by sponsoring the show/event keeping
some T&C where they can target the mass audience through others platform.
Hence we can conclude that TripuraInfo.com create an advertisement keeping in mind to
target a mass of people where they don’t segregate a group of people.

Research Methodology
Research in general words refers to a search for knowledge. One can also define research as
a scientific and systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. In fact,
research is an art of scientific investigation.
The research is based on:
Primary data
 Questionnaire
 Interview
 Observation
Secondary Data
 Websites
 Presentations
 Books
 Journals
Research Objectives:
A Research Objective is a clear, concise & declarative statement which provides direction to
investigate the variables. The objectives of a research project also summarize what is to be
achieved by the project.
 To study the promotional activities of tripuraInfo.com
 To find out the range of different products & services offered by tripuraInfo.com
 To study the Steps of STP process used by TripuraInfo.com
 To study the service marketing mix of TripuraInfo.com
 To study the creative strategies being implemented by TripuraInfo.com
14
Research Design
The formidable problem that follows the tasks of defining the research problem is the
preparation of a design of the research project, popularly known as ‘research design’.
A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data
in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in
procedure.
The data has been procured from the organisation through Interview, Observation and
Questionnaire method & then interpreted as well as analyzed the data gathered by using
charts and diagrams in Microsoft Word.
Last but not the least we can also say that Research design is the arrangement
of conditions for collection & analysis in a manner that aims to combine relevant data &
information to the research purpose with economy in procedure.
15
Source of Data Collection
 Primary data :-
By primary data we mean that these are those data which are collected for the first
time and it is a raw data.
The primary data has been collected by me in the form of observation method,
interview Method & collection of data through questionnaires.
 Secondary data :-
Secondary data are those data which have been collected by someone else and which have
already been passed through the statistical process.
Secondary data is collected from Books, Presentations and Websites.
Limitations
 Limited time span.
 Area of the research done is small.
 Respondent lacks knowledge about marketing.
 Limited amount of time was spared by the respondents.
 There is no core marketing in the organisation.

Data Analysis & Interpretation
Data interpretation refers to the implementation of processes through which data is reviewed
for the purpose of arriving at an informed conclusion. Data is very likely to come from
multiple sources like primary or secondary data, and has a tendency to enter the analysis
process with haphazard ordering.
The nature and goal of interpretation will vary from business to business,
likely correlating to the type of data being analyzed. While there are many different types of
processes that are implemented based on individual data nature, the two broadest and most
common categories are “quantitative analysis” and “qualitative analysis.”
Mostly do the advertisements
Inference: As per the data gathered by me in the primary form through
observation and personal interview I came to know that the organisation does their
advertising in all most the entire platform but they mostly do the advertising in the online
platform through their own website.

Creative strategies

the latest technologies & methods to advertise and promote their business and according to
the data gathered and observed I can clearly say that these organisation is dynamic and
vision their challenges as an opportunity to grow themselves.
19
Promotional activities for awareness
Inferences: As shown above in the diagram represents the promotional activities techniques
used by them. Therefore as per the data procured I can say that TripuraInfo.com uses the
digital media platform as their prior tool in making the customers aware about them and it
also uses all the others promotional activities too in making their awareness of their products
and services as well as their organisation.
Organisation is socially connected?
Inference: The above diagram shows the different types of social platforms logo. Therefore
as per the data rendered by me I can say that the organisation is socially connected and as
per the information I have got I can clearly say that the organisation is socially connected
with the help of Facebook, LinkedIn & twitter…etc.

Desired goal Achieved?
Inference: As per the data gathered I have made the above diagram and from it we can
clearly say that the organisation is able to achieve the desired goal set by the organisation
and as per their company’s policy and guidelines.
Satisfaction Level of personnel
Inference: As per the data which I have procured through interview and observation
methods and some feedback from the employees I have found that the employee’s level of
satisfaction is neutral in terms of work load, flexibility & conveniences which means the
employees are in comfort to some extent.

SWOC Analysis
SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Concern) is a tool used to provide a
general or detailed snapshot of a company's health. A SWOC analysis stands for Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities and Concern and is a simple and powerful way to analyze the
company's present marketing situation.
In any business, it is imperative that the business be its own worst critic. A SWOC
analysis forces an objective analysis of a company's position vies a Vies its competitors and
the marketplace. Simultaneously, an effective SWOC analysis will help determine in which
areas a company is succeeding, allowing it to allocate resources in such a way as to maintain
any dominant positions it may have.
A SWOC Analysis is an integral part of a marketing plan and can also be
part of a business plan. Knowing what a SWOC Analysis is and how to perform one is very
important.
The SWOC of the organisation are as follows:
Strength
a. TripuraInfo.com is the one and only TRAI registered BPO industry in
Agartala, Tripura.
b. Rendering free yeoman’s service to the society which include domestic call
centre.
c. TripuraInfo.com offers 24*7 Availability.
d. The online news can be accessible throughout the world.
e. It is the only 360o
content service provider for the state portals.
f. TripuraInfo.com is having their solely managed private press release
distribution network on Web which is known as TripuraInfo Press Release
(TPR) Network.
22
Weakness
1. Unable to capture rural areas due to weak internet connectivity in those
areas.
2. Less knowledge and limited education of the customers in the rural
sectors.
Opportunity
1. Usage rate of internet is emerging in the city.
2. Growing demand for quality.
3. Improve organic search ranking to reduce advertising cost.
Challenges
1. High switching rate of viewer.
2. Likely entry of new competitors.
3. Adverse government policies.
23
CHAPTER - 5
Findings:
 There is no targeted age group of peoples/customer for their various products and
services.
 The most popular book published by TripuuraInfo.com is Yellow Page.
 TripuraInfo.com doesn’t use any tagline for their product like books.
 Aim of TripuraInfo.com is to penetrate their products and themselves in all over the
northeast region.
 The one and only TRAI registered BPO call centre in Agartala.
 Advertisements are mostly being done in online platform by TripuraInfo.com in their
own official website.
 It has its NGO a charitable foundation known as Info. Foundation.
 It has its competitors like TripuraInfoway.com , TripuraToday.com & NElive.in
 The organisation doesn’t follow any USP till date.
 It has its own publication house.
24
Recommendations
As per the analyzed data and project report I have a couple of recommendation which
might yield a great advantage to TripuraInfo.com in making their advertisement and
procuring the desired goals.
The recommendations are listed below:
I. A tagline should be made for the products like “yellow page” as it is one
of the bestselling books by TripuraInfo.com.
II. USP of the company should be invented to capture the consumer’s
attraction.
III. As most of the students doesn’t know that TripuraInfo.co has many
services offered by them due to which I strongly recommend the
organisation to do a workshop in various school and colleges for their
various services like Ambulance services, Student Helpline… etc to
become more aware among peoples.
IV. There should be a subscription page so that the organisation and
customer retention could be made by sending weekly or monthly news to
the subscriber.
V. The organisation can do more better and creative advertisement by
displaying a short video of the advertisement instead of the current
techniques.
VI. The organisation can do more creative and attractive videos for their
products and services and can upload in their YouTube A/c and able to
highlight more the uniqueness of the products & which might able to
attract more and more consumers/customers.
VII. A fulltime marketing manager should be recruited for their various online
marketing activities for the efficient use of technology.
25
Conclusion
So finally we have landed into the conclusion after the summarization of the project
report I can conclude that the project is all about creative advertisements made by
TripuraInfo.com where I have done 1month of Internship with the organisation and have gain
a practical knowledge as well as able to understand the process of the organisation due to
which I can draw a comprehensive evaluation and could do a extensive study of their various
services and products as well as their methods of advertisements.
The project report have been done in organisation perspective where I found that the
organisation is not a pure service sector due to which the objectives of the project report
couldn’t be fulfilled as per the expectation.
Anyone going through the project report will be able to understand clearly
about their organisation as well as their products and services including their clients, which
also includes their promotional activities, ranges of products & Services, STP process,
Marketing Mix and creative strategies as well. The organisation adopts and creates the
advertisement in a creative concept and publicize through digital platform and other modes
as well. But they mostly uses digital platform to advertise their organisation as in the present
era peoples are so busy with their gadgets and adopts the latest technology available.
Therefore the organisation adopts the digital platform to advertise.
Last but not the least I want to conclude saying that the organisation is not a pure
service sector but it can be considered as a semi-service sector because they do offer services
as well.

  • 6. 6 Executive Summary This Project is an Extensive Report on “A study of creative advertisement made by TripuraInfo.com” where we will come to know about the different platforms of advertising that the organisation is following and the ranges of different products and services which are being offered by them and the S.T.P process being implemented with their different services marketing mix and also we will come to know about their creative strategies being adopted to influence the customers. Besides it’s consistently promoting “Tripura to the outside world it has been rendering yeoman’s service to the society entirely free of cost. TripuraInfo.com is currently the only 360o content service provider for the state portals which had developed a content of more than 20 Govt. Line Departments. It has a wide range of free services providing to the state’s citizen of Tripura which are like a domestic call centre where any people can able to procure contact details on Ambulance services, Hospitals, Officials…etc. TripuraInfo.com also runs the farmer’s portal and the only kissan call centre for providing technical and market related information to the stakeholders in Agriculture and farmers in particular It also organises socially relevant events and Mega Quiz every year. TripuraInfo press release (TPR) network is Tripura’s lone privately managed press release distribution network on Web. Presently, TripuraInfo.com has gained the trust and confidence of various stakeholders under the capable and visionary leadership of its Managing Director and Promoter Mr. Jayanta Debnath. He has born and brought up in the state of Tripura where he dared to dream big to become an entrepreneur and enter the world of internet based services and web based solutions in the state of Tripura when IT was just in its nascent stage in the state where there is poor infrastructural facilities in terms of information technology, poor connectivity, remoteness of the state from the mainland of the country and inadequate institutional support, many people saw it as an audacious and challenging step at that time in Tripura.
  • 11. 11 As the saying goes, “Dreams are not those that come while sleeping but dreams are those which don’t let someone sleep” , Debnath continued with relentless efforts, perseverance, hard work and dedication towards bringing the benefits of Information technology to the common people of Tripura. Debnath initially started his career as a journalist in one of the reputable dailies in the state of Tripura, Debnath kept his dream alive and over a period of time the seed has sown in 2001 in the form of TripuraInfo.com which emerged into a lively, evergreen and fully grown tree. Creative Advertisement According to Phillip Kotler we know that “Advertising is any paid form of non-personal presentation & promotion of ideas, goods or services by an identified sponsor” or in a very simple word we can also say that advertisement is all about giving information to the consumers or customers for a new products or services that are going to be launched or which is already available in the market. Therefore we can say that creative advertisements are those advertisements which include innovation and techniques which help in influencing the consumers/customers and drive them to purchase the product or try the service. Creative Advertisement can be in any form of advertisements like Bill Boards, Flex, Posters, Hoardings or Animations…etc. Creative Advertisements basically created to stand unique from others and able to target the audience as well as to stimulate repeat purchase of products and services. Last but not the least developing a creative advertisement won’t be that effective without implementing creative strategies as well. Therefore we can say that creative strategies are the outline prepared by the creative team of an advertising agency for the launching of an advertising campaign or message. A creative strategy is generally the result of a team composed of one or more copywriters, an art director and a creative director. The creative strategy generally explains how the advertising campaign will meet the advertising objectives of the business.
  • 12. 12 Flex Social Media Adv. Email Adv. Dispaly Adv. Sponsoriships Bill Boards Hoardings Advertisements Made by TripuraInfo.com After a period of 1month Internship at TripuraInfo.com I came to know that the organisation does their advertisement in many different ways which are like Poster Adv. , Hoardings, Flex, Online Advertisements in their Websites as well as in social Media Through Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. Apart from these the organisations do host a show like TripuraInfo mega Quiz competition which is a greatest & Successful event hosted by them where they not only host the show to share knowledge but they also promote their organisation and their different products and services as well. Apart from above techniques they also does believes in Word of Mouth where 20 satisfied customers or clients will bring 80 new clients/customers due to which they serve and provide the best services and products to their clients to build a healthy relationship between them. The organisation doesn’t only do their advertisement in the traditional way but they also do their promotions through third parties event by sponsoring the show/event keeping some T&C where they can target the mass audience through others platform. Hence we can conclude that TripuraInfo.com create an advertisement keeping in mind to target a mass of people where they don’t segregate a group of people.
  • 13. 13 Chapter - 2 Research Methodology Research in general words refers to a search for knowledge. One can also define research as a scientific and systematic search for pertinent information on a specific topic. In fact, research is an art of scientific investigation. The research is based on: Primary data  Questionnaire  Interview  Observation Secondary Data  Websites  Presentations  Books  Journals Research Objectives: A Research Objective is a clear, concise & declarative statement which provides direction to investigate the variables. • 14. 14 Research Design The formidable problem that follows the tasks of defining the research problem is the preparation of a design of the research project, popularly known as ‘research design’. A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure. The data has been procured from the organisation through Interview, Observation and Questionnaire method & then interpreted as well as analyzed the data gathered by using charts and diagrams in Microsoft Word. Last but not the least we can also say that Research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection & analysis in a manner that aims to combine relevant data & information to the research purpose with economy in procedure.
  • 15. 15 Source of Data Collection  Primary data :- By primary data we mean that these are those data which are collected for the first time and it is a raw data. The primary data has been collected by me in the form of observation method, interview Method & collection of data through questionnaires.  Secondary data :- Secondary data are those data which have been collected by someone else and which have already been passed through the statistical process. Secondary data is collected from Books, Presentations and Websites. Limitations  Limited time span.  Area of the research done is small.  Respondent lacks knowledge about marketing.  Limited amount of time was spared by the respondents.  There is no core marketing in the organisation.
  • 16. 16 Online Offline Mass Media Chapter - 3 Data Analysis & Interpretation Data interpretation refers to the implementation of processes through which data is reviewed for the purpose of arriving at an informed conclusion. Data is very likely to come from multiple sources like primary or secondary data, and has a tendency to enter the analysis process with haphazard ordering. The nature and goal of interpretation will vary from business to business, likely correlating to the type of data being analyzed. While there are many different types of processes that are implemented based on individual data nature, the two broadest and most common categories are “quantitative analysis” and “qualitative analysis.” Mostly do the advertisements Inference: As per the data gathered by me in the primary form through observation and personal interview I came to know that the organisation does their advertising in all most the entire platform but they mostly do the advertising in the online platform through their own website.

Different range of products and services Inference: From the above diagram itself we can clearly interpret ourselves as it is a self-explanatory diagram and came to know the clear pictures of the products and services which are being offered by TripuraInfo.com. Daily Weekly Monthly Yearly
  • 18. 18 TripuraInfo.com Print Media.etc Display Adv. Event Organising Targeted Segments of people Inference: As per the data procured from the external guide through questionnaire in open ended form as well as per the interviewed data we can say that the organisation doesn’t focuses on any segments group of people or age instead the organisation is focussing in mass and their products and services are open for all and anyone is approachable to them. Creative strategies Inference: From the above diagram we can clearly see that TripuraInfo.com is adopting all the latest technologies & methods to advertise and promote their business and according to the data gathered and observed I can clearly say that these organisation is dynamic and vision their challenges as an opportunity to grow themselves.

  • 21. 21 Chapter - 4 SWOC Analysis SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Concern) is a tool used to provide a general or detailed snapshot of a company's health. A SWOC analysis stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Concern and is a simple and powerful way to analyze the company's present marketing situation. In any business, it is imperative that the business be its own worst critic. A SWOC analysis forces an objective analysis of a company's position vies a Vies its competitors and the marketplace. Simultaneously, an effective SWOC analysis will help determine in which areas a company is succeeding, allowing it to allocate resources in such a way as to maintain any dominant positions it may have. A SWOC Analysis is an integral part of a marketing plan and can also be part of a business plan. Knowing what a SWOC Analysis is and how to perform one is very important. The SWOC of the organisation are as follows: Strength a. TripuraInfo.com is the one and only TRAI registered BPO industry in Agartala, Tripura. b. Rendering free yeoman’s service to the society which include domestic call centre. c. TripuraInfo.com offers 24*7 Availability. d. The online news can be accessible throughout the world. e. It is the only 360o content service provider for the state portals. f. TripuraInfo.com is having their solely managed private press release distribution network on Web which is known as TripuraInfo Press Release (TPR) Network.
  • 22. 22 Weakness 1. Unable to capture rural areas due to weak internet connectivity in those areas. 2. Less knowledge and limited education of the customers in the rural sectors. Opportunity 1. Usage rate of internet is emerging in the city. 2. Growing demand for quality. 3. Improve organic search ranking to reduce advertising cost. Challenges 1. High switching rate of viewer. 2. Likely entry of new competitors. 3. Adverse government policies.
  • 23. 23 CHAPTER - 5 Findings:  There is no targeted age group of peoples/customer for their various products and services.  The most popular book published by TripuuraInfo.com is Yellow Page.  TripuraInfo.com doesn’t use any tagline for their product like books.  Aim of TripuraInfo.com is to penetrate their products and themselves in all over the northeast region.  The one and only TRAI registered BPO call centre in Agartala.  Advertisements are mostly being done in online platform by TripuraInfo.com in their own official website.  It has its NGO a charitable foundation known as Info. Foundation.  It has its competitors like TripuraInfoway.com , TripuraToday.com & NElive.in  The organisation doesn’t follow any USP till date.  It has its own publication house.
  • 24. 24 Recommendations As per the analyzed data and project report I have a couple of recommendation which might yield a great advantage to TripuraInfo.com in making their advertisement and procuring the desired goals. The recommendations are listed below: I. A tagline should be made for the products like “yellow page” as it is one of the bestselling books by TripuraInfo.com. II. USP of the company should be invented to capture the consumer’s attraction. III. As most of the students doesn’t know that TripuraInfo.co has many services offered by them due to which I strongly recommend the organisation to do a workshop in various school and colleges for their various services like Ambulance services, Student Helpline… etc to become more aware among peoples. IV. There should be a subscription page so that the organisation and customer retention could be made by sending weekly or monthly news to the subscriber. V. The organisation can do more better and creative advertisement by displaying a short video of the advertisement instead of the current techniques. VI. • 25. 25 Conclusion So finally we have landed into the conclusion after the summarization of the project report I can conclude that the project is all about creative advertisements made by TripuraInfo.com where I have done 1month of Internship with the organisation and have gain a practical knowledge as well as able to understand the process of the organisation due to which I can draw a comprehensive evaluation and could do a extensive study of their various services and products as well as their methods of advertisements. The project report have been done in organisation perspective where I found that the organisation is not a pure service sector due to which the objectives of the project report couldn’t be fulfilled as per the expectation. Anyone going through the project report will be able to understand clearly about their organisation as well as their products and services including their clients, which also includes their promotional activities, ranges of products & Services, STP process, Marketing Mix and creative strategies as well. The organisation adopts and creates the advertisement in a creative concept and publicize through digital platform and other modes as well. But they mostly uses digital platform to advertise their organisation as in the present era peoples are so busy with their gadgets and adopts the latest technology available. Therefore the organisation adopts the digital platform to advertise. Last but not the least I want to conclude saying that the organisation is not a pure service sector but it can be considered as a semi-service sector because they do offer services as well.
