One prediction is that Kvothe will meet Denna again: some people say there was a woman ,
says Chronicler to Kvothe (Rothfuss 49). Kvothe responds by abruptly (and angrily) cutting
him off. As the beginning of the book actually occurs in the future of most of the story, this
