Every good blog has content, you cannot survive without it. In this blog I try to explain what writing a blog means to me, what are the things you have to think about (or don't want to think about at all...)

A teaser of my Interaction14 talk - F*CK UP DESIGNJason Nunes
If good design requires failure, how can designers f*ck up when failure isn’t considered an option?
Edison famously said, “I failed my way to success.” In the interactive world, we’ve all heard the buzz phrases about failing fast, and how failure–particularly in the form of prototyping–can be a powerful design tool. But what about real failure? We’ve all experienced projects that never got off the ground, or crashed and burned stunningly. We don’t put them in our portfolios. We only talk about them when we’ve had one drink too many. What can we learn from our embarrassments? And are there really things we can learn by failing, especially in the agency and consulting worlds, where we are hired for our expertise, and infallibility?

Science fiction and why it's great (by Bennett R. Coles)Nur Agustinus
Science fiction isn’t just about exploring the far reaches of our knowledge – it pushes past that and inspires us not only to think hard, but to think new. Science fiction writers are artists, inspired by scientific reality but driven by their imaginations, and it’s their dreaming that in turn inspires scientists to ask questions, to take risks, and to create wondrous new things. And even for those of us who aren’t scientists, science fiction forces us to keep our brains engaged, to stay curious and to think about things beyond the latest celebrity scandal or playoff game. Science fiction keeps us smart, and that’s why it’s great.

You can create awful presentations with Apple KeynoteSumeet Moghe
We need to stop blaming Powerpoint. It's very easy to create bad presentations with any tool and Powerpoint is not responsible for that. I've created this bad presentation using Keynote. Hope that rests my case!
