The family went on a hike in the mountains to visit a family friend's farm. They saw beautiful natural scenery along the steep hike including grasslands, mountains, and pink soil layers. At the top of the hike was a shrine where they stopped to pray, admiring the surrounding views. Their friend then showed them her hatchery where they saw newly hatched chicks and even an egg hatching. She also kept many well-cared for ducks, showing the beauty of God's creation.

1. It was a cloudy day when our family got invited to a family friend’s
place in the mountains. It was cold, but the air was fresh and
soothing. The grass and trees swayed in the wind.

2. Some parts were steep, and full of dips in the ground. It
would be a challenge to hike. We would need to take extra
care not to slip or trip.

3. Mountain grass, abundant in these parts. They prefer to grow
on rocky ground like this.

4. To get up, we needed to get up long
flights of stairs. We brought wooden
sticks with us for support, since the
way up was so steep.

5. Making our way up. From this
high, we can see the mountains
lining the horizon and the lush
greenery on them. A pleasure to
see in an increasingly modern
world.

6. A kind of pinkish soil. This is
where the hill we were on
got cut away, showing
sediments layering on top of
one another. Is it natural?

7. We reached the shrine situated
on top of the hill. It was
decorated with flower bushes
and marble. There we took a
while to pray and praise the Lord
for the wonders of creation.

8. Once we reached the top of the shrine, a wonderful sight greeted us.
We saw the rolling moors, and the trees dotting them. The sun set a
white glow over everything. It was so beautiful. God’s creation is
beautiful.

9. Our friend then showed us her hatchery. The chicks are newly hatched.
All are yellow and fuzzy. We actually got to see an egg hatch. It was a
great experience.

10. In her farm, she also kept a lot of ducks. It is truly a
highlight. They are all well cared for; even given a
lagoon to swim in.

11. The little tour we had showed me that God is
truly to be praised. We must praise Him for all
His wonderful Creation. We must try to
preserve it and care for it to show we love Him.
