The RED team from BITS Pilani worked with a self-help group of women in the rural village of Garinda to set up a sustainable business venture. They established a paper bag making business where the women produced paper bags to sell to the campus store. Several challenges arose, including communication issues, lack of trust, and differences between the younger and older women. The team adapted the working model to have each woman work independently and pay them per bag completed. Over time, the business became self-sufficient with little team involvement. The project provided income to the women and lessons about rural entrepreneurship.

Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
