A 24-year-old male patient presented with a dislodged left central incisor crown that was treated endodontically and restored with a full veneer crown by a local dentist one year prior. He complained of an unpleasant look, difficulty speaking, and wanted to restore the tooth. His tooth was fractured 10 years ago from trauma and left untreated for 9 years until pain and swelling developed, leading to endodontic treatment and crowning. He now seeks better treatment. Clinical examination found a fractured left central incisor. The treatment plan is to restore the tooth with a fiber post, core buildup, and new full veneer crown.

4. HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS:
According to the statement of the patient, he
was relatively all right ten years back, then he
got injured by sudden trauma in the upper
anterior segment.
Then he remained untreated for the next nine
years. Suddenly he felt pain and swelling on
the left central incisor tooth.
For that reason he went to a local dentist and
that tooth endodontically treated and restored
with Full veneer crown, which was dislodged
last month. Now he comes to our department
for better management.

5. Medical History: Nothing contributory
Dental History: That tooth was endodontically treated also
restored with FVC.
Patient’s expectation: Restoration of aesthetics and function.
