4. •Patient came to clinic with the complaint of multiple
missing tooth and fixed bridge.
•On examination and investigation multiple missing
tooth, tooth supported bridge and root stumps present.
•The patient had difficulty in chewing food due to loss of
tooth structures in back tooth.

Collapsed bite present.

Tooth supported bridge , missing tooth and
infected root stumps present.

Severely infected and attired tooth are

Treatment plan was restoring the tooth with
fixed implant supported prosthesis.
