A 13-year-old female patient presented with a non-erupted upper anterior tooth. Radiographs revealed an impacted and dilacerated tooth 21. The dilacerated tooth 21 was surgically extracted by elevating palatal and buccal flaps, removing bone, and suturing the area. After one week, the sutures were removed.

Space loss between 11 and 22 .

6. Dilacerated

Palatal and buccal mucoperiosteal flap elevated, bone removed by
micromotor handpiece and surgical bur

7. Suture given

8. After 1 week , suture removed.
