 The 9 Dot Puzzle
 Did you step outside the box? Our eyes typically go straight to the dots and try to
 connect them. If we stay within the confines of what we normally do or what we
 see on the surface, we are challenged to accomplish the task. It can get frustrating
 which may lead to stopping the effort and going on to something easier . Be crea-
 tive and step outside of the box. You can see by this puzzle that by stepping outside
 the box, you were able to complete the exercise. Share this exercise with your team
 at your next meeting and see if it helps the way they generate ideas at your meeting.
