Dr. Harsh Vardhan has over 28 years of experience as an anesthesiologist. He has worked in both military and civilian hospitals, providing anesthesia for a wide range of surgical specialties. He has held leadership roles including head of department and professor. Currently he works as a consultant anesthesiologist in Bahrain, where he provides care for general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics and other specialties.
OOPS in PHP uses object-oriented programming principles. Everything is grouped into self-contained objects that have properties and methods. She felt opposed due to her lack of arms but channeled her energy into sports. Her parents supported her and told her she could achieve anything. She learned to drive and do everyday tasks without assistance. She became the first woman to pilot a plane without arms, flying solo for over 130 hours. She now works as a motivational speaker, hoping to inspire others through her story of overcoming challenges.

From the valued impressions and insights that were shared, we have made recommendations to assist nonprofit leaders and volunteers. It is our hope that this survey report will help institutions continue to succeed in fundraising and mission advancement as our national and regional economies continue to recover.

This report provides membership marketing data from over 230 trade associations. It finds that 49% of associations reported an increase in membership over the past year. The top reasons members join trade associations are networking and advocacy. Word-of-mouth and personal sales calls are the most effective recruitment channels. 44% of associations reported no change in member renewal rates over the past year, with over half having a 90% or higher renewal rate. The biggest challenges to growing membership are communicating value and overcoming negative perceptions of the association.

2. Using drama in the classroom has many advantages. It improves students' speaking fluency, pronunciation, and ability to work cooperatively. Through role plays, students can reduce anxiety around speaking and explore solutions to real-world problems.
3. Warm-up activities through storytelling and drama help build trust and lower inhibitions among students. Overall, drama creates an engaging environment for meaningful language practice.
