The assessment identifies differences across 8 categories: generation, faith, gender, life prospects, sector, disability status, geography, and politics. Leaders should send the questions to others who differ from them in these areas to gain insight into how they interact with diverse cultures. The responses can help identify strengths and areas for growth in understanding cultures unlike their own.
