Our Engineering Department optimizes the
composition of the profiles to meet client requirements’
to reach the best noise and vibration reduction results.
Made from recycled rubber granulates bound with
fibers, the GRR offers a high cost/performance ratio.
Gantrex GRR – Starter
The recycled rubber with a density > 1,0 kg/dm3 offers good electrical insulation and
vibration reduction. Manufactured in sections of 1.20m, it fits every rail type (Ri60,
Ri59, Gr41, 54E1…) and adjusts to sharp curved tracks.
Gantrex GRR – Plus
Thanks to the special pad fixed under the rail, the GRR – Plus offers greater electrical
insulation and vibration reduction. Available for all types of rails (Ri60, Ri59, Gr41,
54E1…) the pad can be adapted for sharp curved tracks.
Gantrex GRR – Mat
Offering the best value in vibration reduction, the GRR-Mat ideally complements the
Gantrex Slab Mat, for a quick and easy installation.
Gantrex GRR – Strong
The edge protection profiles reinforce the GRR Strong, making it the ideal solution for
frequent load traffic, such as in level crossings and for heavy load lorries and busses.
These profiles prove highly practical for paved-in tracks.
