Carefully review with the important safety information below before 
operating this wheelchair: 
 Do not use this product or any other optional equipment without 
thoroughly reading and understanding these instructions. If you are not 
able to understand the warnings, cautions or instructions, contact the 
officer at the company to avoid dangerous situations and injuries. 
 Do not use accessories made by other manufacturers or install invalid 
parts, or products on the wheelchair. 
NOTICE: The information may change without prior notice. 
NOTICE: Check all parts for possible damage and test before using it. DO not use 
in case of damage. Contact Cirslife for further instructions. 
 Always use anti-tippers when outdoors on wet, soft ground or on ruffled 
surface, extra care must be observed. 
 Always check hand grips before using. If loosen and/or worn, change 
immediately. 
NOTE: To clean rear cane or hand grips areas use soft towel lightly moistened 
with water and then dry it prior to use. Use of soap or ammonia to clean will 
result in the sliding of hand grips which can make the user or bystanders an 
injury. 
 Do not attempt to lift the wheelchair by any removable parts. Doing like 
this (lifting the wheelchair) may result in injury to the user or damage to 
the wheelchair. 
 Do not climb or go down slopes greater than 9๐. 
 Do not move up or down a slope with water, ice or oil film.

 Do not attempt to ride over curbs or barriers because the wheelchair 
will tip over and cause harm to your body or damage to the wheelchair. 
 Never leave the wheelchair on an incline. 
 Do not attempt to stop the wheelchair while on a sloped surface. 
 Cleaning or maintenance must be performed correctly and while the 
wheelchair is vacant. Make sure all hardware is tightened securely after 
any adjustment, repair or before use to avoid injury. 
 Always wear your seat positioning strap. Seat positioning strap is 
optional and can buy from the company. It is not using as safety device 
such as auto or aircraft belt. If there are the sign of out of order, strap 
must be replaced. 
 Do not use the wheelchair over the weight limitation. The weight 
limitation is given on the carton. 
 Do not use this wheelchair as a weight training appliance. It is not 
designed as a seat for weight training. If occupant use it as a weight 
training equipment, we disclaim any liability for bodily injury or damage 
to the wheelchair and the warranty is cancelled. 
 Do not attemt to stop a moving ofwheelshair with wheel locks. They are 
not brakes. Using the wheel locks may not prevent the wheelchair from 
moving on the floor surfaces including wet or slick surface. Carefully sit 
or get up from the wheelchair.

Using and handling of the wheelchair require the close attention from 
the user of wheelchair as well as the assistant. This user’s manual provides the 
common instruction and the safety rules. It’s important to practice and master 
it until you are agilely moving the wheelchair around the frequently way you 
use. 
To assure that you are sitting on the wheelchair securely, you must 
always maintain proper balance. The wheelchair is designed to remain upright 
and stable in normal daily activities as well as you do not move out of the 
center of gravity. 
Every movement on the wheelchair has an effect on the center of 
gravity. It is a recommended to use the seat positioning strap while involved 
the activities that shifted your weight. 
Do not lean forward out of the wheelchair any more than then length of 
the armrests. When you lean forward, make sure that front wheels are in the 
forward position. 
Many activities that make the user to reach, bend and transfer in and 
out of the wheelchair. These movements will be the effect of the safety 
balance, the center of the gravity and the weight distribution of the 
wheelchair. 
The right position is necessary for your safety. When you lean forward 
use the front casters as a tool to make stability and balance.

 Be aware that carrying heavy objects on your lap while using the 
wheelchair may affect the stability of the wheel chair, resulting in 
serious injury to the user, damage to the wheelchair and surrounding 
property. 
This wheelchair has been designed for one individual. If more than 1 
individual occupies, the wheelchair may lose the balance and cause the serious 
injury to the user and passenger and damage to the wheelchair and 
surrounding property. 
 Do not shift your weight or sitting position like reaching and bending 
because the wheelchair may tip over. 
 Do not attempt to reach the objects and pick up by reaching down 
between your knees. 
 Do not tip the wheelchair without assistance. When lowering the front 
casters of the wheelchair, do not drop the wheels to the ground. This 
may result in user’s injury and/or damage the wheelchair.
Your wheelchair should be checked normally and before using it, ensure

that it will work properly. For your safety follow the instructions below: 
 Check to ensure that brakes and wheel locks are functioning properly. 
Do not use if they are not functioning properly. 
 Check to ensure that all nuts and bolts are secure. 
 Check that seat, back rest are in locked position. 
 The rear wheels, casters and tires should be checked regularly, and 
should be replaced by a qualified technician if damaged. 
 Check hand rims to ensure that they are secured to the rear wheels. 
 Check the seat for sagging, rips or tears. 
1. Clean upholstery with clean and soft cloth soaked with mild soap. Dry 
with clean and soft cloth. Do not soak, machine wash or machine dry. 
2. Clean wheelchair’s frame with soft cloth wet with water. Dry with soft 
cloth. Avoid wiping with hard cloth or paper because it will destroy the 
wheelchair’s color. 
3. Do not clean with high pressure water. 
4. After cleansing, check to ensure that all parts are functioning properly.
