This document reports a case study of a patient with bullous pemphigoid (BP) who was also diagnosed with IgA nephropathy. BP is an autoimmune blistering disease of the skin, while IgA nephropathy is a kidney disease characterized by deposition of IgA immune complexes in the glomeruli. The case study describes the patient's presentation and biopsy findings confirming the two conditions. It also briefly reviews previous literature reporting other cases where BP was associated with immune-mediated kidney diseases.
