Cohesion and solidarity in local areas 2019 European project ENSUREGosia Wochowska, PhD
The publication “Cohesion and solidarity in rural areas - how do local actors get engaged in European policy making” is ready and available for free!
The publication was prepared by local and regional public officers, policy makers, academics and NGOs from 13 countries: Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Romania, Montenegro, Serbia, Spain and Latvia, who cooperated as partners within a project called European Network for Solidarity and Cohesion in Rural Areas (ENSURE) in the years 2017-2019. In the course of two years, the ENSURE partners developed transnational actions and local actions regarding a combination of two main subjects of the project: rural development and European citizenship.
It is addressed to policy makers, public officers, experts, civil society representatives, volunteers and citizens who are active (or who would like to become active) at any levels of policy making and democratic participation – from local to European.

The European Union-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme 2015-2018 aims at further strengthening cultural policies, particularly the Culture and Creative Sectors, and to strengthen the capacities of the culture sector and the culture operators in the EaP countries. It also aims to increase the links between public institutions and private actors and to include civil society in the decision making process, thus enhancing the role of culture as a driving-force for reform, promotion of inter-cultural dialogue and social cohesion.
In this publication, we share the results of more than six years of cooperation with various countries all over the world within the framework of the MIgration EU eXpertise (MIEUX) initiative. Over the years, MIEUX has achieved significant results both in terms of the number of interventions made and in their outcomes. MIEUX has been a success story and a pioneering initiative, forging partnerships in the field of migration between EU and partner countries.

The Digital Tool is planned to be ready in all six languages by mid-December 2021.
The new project website was then introduced by our German partner EVBB. "intheloop4vet.eu" should be ready by the end of November.
IO2 and IO3 have been completed and the partnership is now working on IO4. You will be able to find final deliverables in all partnership languages very soon on project's website.
’Last but not least, we are going to organise five multiplier events within January 2022.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.
