PDF by clicking on the PDF icon,
download voucher by clicking on the
document icon, view offer page by

offer by clicking on the pencil icon or
delete the offer by clicking on the red
delete icon.
• Also, here you can send distributed
offers, grouped offers, custom e-mails,
test offers, mark offers as paid or send
vouchers by marking the offer on the
checkbox and selecting the desired
action from the menu below the list.
4. Booking system offers
• To create a new offer you
need to select the client,
set offer currency, as well
as web, PDF and e-mail
templates. You can also
input the offer discount
here, if applicable.
• In the Request details
section you need to
choose the right
accomodation type and
select the accomodation.
• After you specify the
arrival and departure
dates and the number of
pets you just need to add
guests and then you can
build offer items.
5. Booking system offers
• If you are generating an offer through the Request manager, your request details,
accomodation and extra services will be automatically imported from the request.
6. Exchange rates
• The Exchange rates section show you the current exchange rates. You can also
use the currency converter, update current exchange rates and set the
exchange rate offset for each currency.
7. Invoices
• What are invoices?
• When you've created a booking system offer,
an invoice is automatically created for every
offer.
8. Invoices
• In the View all invoices section
you can see all the invoices in
your system. You can filter them
by client/email, invoice number,
offer number, user that created
them, offer type, status or a

• Under Invoice settings you
can set the invoice ID
pattern to either {year}-
{invoice ID} pattern or you

start value you can see the
next invoice counter
number. The invoice ID step
is used to specify the invoice
increment step. The number
length field specifies the
length of number portion of
your invoice ID. Padding
characters are used when
the counter number is
shorter than the number
length specifed. Here you
can also specify the invoice

Offer settings allow you to
specify the offer ID pattern,
either by {year}-{offer_id} or
by only using the {offer_id}.
The offer ID start values
shows the next offer counter
number. Offer ID step
specifies the counter
increment step. The number
length field is used to specify
the length of number portion
of an offer ID. The padding
