Bloom's Taxonomy includes 6 levels of learning: remembering involves recalling information; understanding means explaining ideas or concepts; applying is using information in different situations; analyzing refers to examining information to make inferences; evaluating is assessing the value of material; and creating means generating new material. Examples of verbs for each level are provided, such as "define" for remembering, "explain" for understanding, and "construct" for creating.
