CALMING
• Sit or lie down
• Cross ankles and fold arms
• Bring palms down to interlock fingers gently
ACTIVITY 1
CALMING
• Search roof of mouth for ticklish point
• Once you find it suck there like your
favourite sweet or candy is at that point
• Some people have plates and dentures
and may not feel the point. Suck anyway.
• The calming effect is the same whether you
feel the tickle or not.
ACTIVITY 1 CALMING
• Eyes closed or open, look at a large screen on inside
of your forehead
• On your internal screen see yourself in a
happy, peaceful place
• Take your time and see all the features that you like
• When you are ready turn up the volume and listen to
the sounds you can hear there
• Recall your favourite smells and tastes from that
special place
• Revisit that wonderful positive feeling that your
special place creates inside you
• Allow this positivity and calm to spread throughout
your body and brain.
ACTIVITY 2
CENTERING
When stressed we tend to get scattered and
disorganised
• Slowly zip down and then up the midline of your body
three times from your lips to your bellybutton/naval
and back up.
• Ensure you finish on an up-zip, ending at your lips.
• This activity reinforces your midline in your awareness
and helps to get your grounded and centered.
ACTIVITY 3
PEACE POINTS
• Place both sets of fingers or lay the
palm and fingers of one hand flat
across your forehead
• Leave there for 30-60 seconds until
you feel a calm peaceful feeling
dropping slowing into your awareness.

WHY CONTROL ADRENALIN?
•Adrenalin is simply an excitement marker that
we can feel
•Excitement can be because of distress or
eustress
WHY CONTROL ADRENALIN?
•Distress puts us into Fight or Flight Mode
•Eustress extreme happiness puts us into
flights of fantasy
•Neither helps you to concentrate.
ACTIVITY 1
ADRENALIN CONTROL
• <- See diagram
• Stand or Sit
• Rub firmly for 2/3 minutes on both sides of
your bellybutton / naval with three fingers
on each side, until you feel a change
take place in your body and mind.
• Some people will find that they step
forward automatically when enough is
done.
SHOULD YOU FEEL TIRED….
•Should you feel tired,
•understand that is not actual tiredness
• but relaxation and your body shifting to a
more relaxed gear.
•The emergency energy accompanying
adrenalin is being slowly replaced with real
sustainable energy.

ACTIVITY 2
FEAR CONTROL
• Stand or Sit
• Hold your centre of gravity ( Just below
bellybutton/ naval) and rub the Fear Control
Points on both sides of your sternum
(breastbone) simultaneously
• Some people will find that they step forward
automatically when enough is done.
• Once you feel the move forwards or 40
seconds have passed swap hands are
repeat the rubbing until you sway forwards
or take an involuntary step forwards or
another 30 seconds have passed.
ACTIVITY 3
BALANCING PULSES
• Stand, Sit or Lie Down
• Hold palm of one hand flat across forehead
while other lies flat across your stomach at
bellybutton/ naval.
• After a while you will feel a pulse under each
hand.
• The pulses may not be beating in time at first
but will synchronise after a short while.
• Once the pulses synchronise count 40 pulses. If
standing, you may find your body shift forwards
safely and significantly when enough is done.
