and power.
 Volume – Loud/soft level of vocal quality.
 Vocal Fillers – Non words such as “uh”, “er”, “um”,
“you know”, “okay.”
 Vocal fillers give the connotation that we are stuck
or searching for the right word. If used too much it
becomes distracting.
