GRADING PROCEDURES –
• Student progress will be recorded in 18 week semesters
• Semester 1: August – December
• Semester 2: January – May
• Progress Reports will be sent home at 6 and 12 week
intervals
• Report Card will be issued at the end of the 18 weeks

• Grades should reflect mastery learning of AKS
• Teachers will use gradebook software to record
grades
• Grades will be updated every two weeks
• Parents may view grades through the Parent Portal
