4 Goals for the school year:
1. Help students become more independent
2. Provide students with the tools to monitor, evaluate, and
have ownership over their own learning
3. Help students establish good work and study habits at both
school and home
4. Have students grow as individuals inside and outside the
classroom environment, learning to work with others and to
be aware of their influence.
A teacher’s purpose is not to create students in his own image,
but to develop students who can create their own image.
