Armaments are only as good as the avionic systems that manage their capability. Sikorsky Aircraft has
implemented a top of the line weapons management system (WMS), part of the weapon kit, that can
be installed on any BLACK HAWK helicopter. Integral elements of this kit provide the BLACK HAWK
helicopter with attack and self defense capabilities to enhance its potential. The WMS is integrated
directly into the existing multi-function displays and Flight Management System, providing both pilots
control of the weapons system.
