This document describes a proposed web-based recruitment management system for a company. The system would allow HR to create job vacancies, store applicant information, schedule interviews, record interview results, and hire applicants. It would consolidate recruitment data currently managed manually and in Excel. The system has modules for authentication, an HR module for managing recruitment tasks, and a reporting module to generate recruitment reports. It requires a Windows server, Tomcat, Oracle database, and supports access via a web browser.
