When two different fares are combined on a half RT basis to
fonn a RT/CT/OJ journey, the fee applicable on the fare
component being changed will apply. When both outbound and
inbound fare components are changed in a single transaction,
the most restrictive (highest) change penalty will apply to the
entire transaction.
A no show at any time will constitute a cancellation, requiring
either application for Refund or Upgrade of the ticket - if
permitted.
Any Refund or Upgrade penalties will be applied, depending on
the action taken.

Full refund permitted in case of refusal of a travel document to
the passenger/accompanying passenger as evidenced by written
advice from the appropriate government authority.
At any time: the fare may be used as credit towards purchase of
any fare of equal or higher value assessed from the point of
origin, provided:
· only a QF fare may be used;
· the conditions of the new fare have been met;
· the reissue penalty shown above (if any) is collected.
If the new fare is subsequently cancelled the original
cancellation penalty will apply. Reissued tickets must be
annotated as shown in TICKET ENDORSEMENTS.
