5 Steps to Practice Tantric Yoga
Overview
Well, tantra experts say tantric yoga may
vary from one person to another.You can
practice it the way it feels more
comfortable to you. In the next slides, there
are some basic steps that can help you to
get into it.
Prepare
It is advisable to practiceTantra in a space that
feels scary and comfortable. Choose a room in
your house and prepare it by lighting incense,
and candles, dimming the lights and don't forget
to play relaxing music.Take a shower and wear
an outfit that makes you feel sensual and
relaxed. Make sure there is no distraction.
Breathing Practice-
FeelYour Breath
Your breath will play an important role in
your mindfulness and mood. For this, you
need to put your hand on the stomach and
place another hand on the chest. Now, you
need to inhale deeply and, after a few
seconds, exhale slowly through the mouth.
This will help you to activate your senses.
Eye Gazing (While Practicing With A
Partner)
Presentations are communication tools
that can be used as demonstrations,
lectures, speeches, reports, and more. It is
mostly presented before an audience. It
serves a variety of purposes, making
presentations powerful tools for
convincing and teaching.
Don't Feel Shy and
ExploreYour Body
This can be done by using your hand and
exploring different parts of your body through
an intimate tantric massage. Slowly massage
your stomach, chest, arms, face, neck, ankles,
and inner thighs. While exploring your body,
notice the various sensation you feel throughout
the body.
Go As Far AsYou Can
Remember thatTantra doesn't have to end
with an orgasm.That means you can stop
the process if you are feeling satisfied. Well,
if you want to keep it going, then move
slowly and try out different things. But don't
forget to breathe deeply and stay mindful
about the pleasure of your body as you
move rhythms.
