This document outlines the pre-production plan for a short film, including sound effects, music, props, locations, contingencies, health and safety, and a schedule. Sound effects of a door slam and sipping tea will be self-recorded. Background music from YouTube will be used. Voice actors are needed to play characters. A week-long schedule is outlined to select a story, find actors, write a script, record audio, edit in Premiere, and export the final project. Contingency plans include using clear audio backups and having additional actors available. Health and safety precautions involve keeping water away from devices and preventing illness.
