1. We are due for a shop any day now. Treat every
customer as if they are that shopper. The 3 A's
are essential in our overall success during these
visits.

This month for Safety Week we have a
lot planned. Our focus will not only be
Sweep Training, Safety Huddle Topics, the
importance of spill kits to prevent
accidents, but also overall wellness for our
customers and employees.
We will be having CPR Training and
parents will be able to participate in a
Fingerprinting event. Children will be
fingerprinted and receive a first aid kit as a
gift.
As of this month, we have had 3 recent
accidents (2 customer, 1 employee). These
accidents have set us back from our overall
goal of an 100% accident free-zone. The
best advice is to remember always be aware
of your surroundings. Make sure you are
taking proper safety precautions in all
aspects of your work life.
If we work together as a team to correct
any and all safety issues, we will enjoy the
benefit of a safe and efficient work
environment for employees an customers.
We need to raise our scores team. Keep giving
great customer service and remember to
mention surveys. We need that feedback!
