Daisy Richardson is our
apprentice service desk operator and
Christmas fanatic, therefore it seemed
only right to introduce her to you in
the Christmas edition of the WFN.
Daisy has been innovating and improving
our processes as part of her apprenticeship,
as well as supporting the service desk team,
speaking to our lovely customers, arranging
bookings and call-outs. Last month, Julie
from Bartech reported that “Daisy’s excellent
communication is a good reflection of WFP”,
starting as she intends to go on.
Q1. If you were stuck on a desert island
and could only bring three things
with you what would they be?
A hammock, my phone and a box of
everlasting ice.
Q2. If you could have a superpower what
would it be and why?
‘Christmas Girl’ – because I loooooove
Christmas sooooo much!
Q3. If there were a movie about your life,
who would play you and why?
It would be a Disney film and I would
be The Little Mermaid.
Q4. What was the last gift you gave?
I gave a mug with a picture of me on
to a friend that was going to university
(which was nice!).

Basic Plus+ cover includes up to one call-out per three months within normal working hours. 2
Premium cover includes up to two call-outs per three months within
normal working hours. 3
Premium Plus+ cover includes all call-outs at any time and all parts after a dilapidation report visit which will report on any parts that would be
excluded from the cover. The report will be completed within 30 days of the first visit of the maintenance contract. Full details of the terms can be found on our quotation.
Some disciplines of maintenance are limited such as sprinklers, dry risers, hydrants and hose reels. Call-outs are based upon a visit to site and one hour on site.
