communication on roadways and at
all intersections with various traffic
flow and traffic volume levels and
relate observations to instructor
(C) Observe other roadway users
including vulnerable roadway users
perform lateral vehicle maneuver
procedures to change lanes and
relate observations to the instructor
(D) Identify drivers and other
