This document summarizes the design elements used in 4 different music DPS (digital press summaries). It discusses the graphology, typography, and color palettes used in each. The graphology includes placement of images and text. Typography focuses on font and highlighting techniques. Color palettes range from red/white/grey to solely black and white. The mode of address is direct in appealing to the reader.

2. Graphology used is the main image on the left and the
text on the right.
Typography used is the same font throughout but a
large letter is used across the text in red to draw more
attention to the page.
Colour pallet used is white red and grey. This
demonstrates the text could be negative.
The mode of address is direct as it looks as if the image
is looking at you.

3. Graphology used is the text on one side and the image
on the other side. This is so that a larger image can be
used and more text can be added
Typography used is the same however throughout the
text the questions are highlighted in red.
Colour pallet used is red white and black which can
become boring as most DPS are using these colours.
Mode of address is direct address.

4. Graphology used is different to others, this time
there is little pieces of writing and a large image
which is also used for the background.
Colour pallet used is red, black and white I think this
is to draw the audience attention into the article with
the large red text.
Typography used is the same text through out the
DPS but certain bits of text is written in red to
highlight it’s a subheading.

5. Graphology used is the image on one side and the
text on the other page.
Typography used is the same and the size, font an
colour are all the same.
Colour pallet used is black and white this makes the
page look boring.
