Before we get into the 4 Strategies, there are
3 things you need to do:

1. YOU NEED TO HAVE CLARITY ABOUT YOUR GOAL

It’s like using Google or Bing.
You have to input the most accurate question,
by using precise verbiage,
to get the precise answer that you are looking for.

Your goal might be that in the next six months you want to bring
in multiple six figures and add to your bottom line.
Whatever it is, you need to have that CLARITY.

2. YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR INTERNAL DIALOUGE WITH
YOURSELF.

It’s important to listen and understand what it’s saying to you, so
you can work on making changes.
Change on the outside begins from the inside.

Take a deep breath and ask yourself this question.
“Why haven’t I been able to take my business into the
6 or 7-figures , yet?”

Close your eyes and listen to your immediate responses, within.
What internal conflicts are you experiencing?
What seems to be the consistent message that your little voice
keeps telling you?

It’s like a negative program has been installed into your brain and
it keeps running over and over again.

50% of our thoughts and beliefs come from our genetics.
This means information you learned from your parents,
grandparents, friends and teachers remains embedded in your
mind as you try to move your business forward.

These beliefs are how you structured your brain. So, your brain
becomes wired to think one way, even though you believe
something else, and this causes something called COGNITIVE
DISSONANCE.

So, all you need to do is install a new way of thinking and
upgrade the programs in your mind to:
Earn upper 6 or 7-figures in your business &
Become a renowned expert in your industry.

3. ASK YOURSELF “WHY HAVEN’T I
BEEN ABLE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS
INTO THE 6 OR 7-FIGURES, YET?”

The first thing you need to do is learning how to install this way of thinking
and be able to reinstall these new programs
into your brain so you can
change your mind and starting thinking differently.

dialogue that is going on inside of your head and the best way
to do this, it to write things down.

Secondly, you need to understand your attitudes, beliefs

When you were little and experienced an emotion, that emotion turned into
something called a feeling.
EMOTION = FEELING
The stronger your feelings became, you started to attribute meanings to
things. Your meanings then turned into attitudes and beliefs.

Basically, as a child you experienced emotions that turned
into beliefs, as an adult.
EMOTIONS=BELIEFS

STRATEGY 2

Therefore, we are living our lives based on events that
happened in our past.
So you are in essence living in the past.

Here’s an example of what I mean.
If you weren’t a very good runner when you were younger, you will probably
grow up telling yourself, “I can’t run, I’m not good at it!” You might turn down
an opportunity to run in a charity event, because of your past thoughts
about running. However, this might not be true.

When you were 5 years old you decided that you didn’t like broccoli. So,
when you were a teen, and someone offered you broccoli, you would
immediately say “no thank you.” However, as an adult, someone suggests
that you should try broccoli steamed with a little bit of lemon and garlic and
you might just like it. You try it and voila!
You actually like it, much to your dismay.

You were living based on a decision that you made when you
were five years old, and most of us
still do that with many values, attitudes and beliefs.

When you look at a new situation, we immediately
pull from our data base in our brain,
trying to figure out what information we have stored in our unconscious
mind to help us understand
what’s happening right now.
We are bringing our thoughts from our past in the present moment.

You pull from the past and starting using internal dialog like
“I can’t do that, money is hard to make,
I’m not very good at things like that,”
and this old way of thinking becomes how you are
viewing the world in the present moment.

you are viewing life at the present moment.

Thirdly, we have to give ourselves permission to
respond to the limiting abilities that we have and
turn them into different beliefs.

It’s time to stop making decisions from your past and stop working
against yourself. It’s time to break down the wall between what you want
to do and what you are currently doing.
It’s time to step out of the security of your current job, and old habits
aren’t producing the results that you dream of achieving.

You need to listen to your inner dialog and try to resolve
your inner conflicts, once and for all.
It’s easier than you think it is.
You need to change your mind and
make new decisions.

“I can just make a new decision, just like that?”
I always answer, “YES!”

After all, you randomly made the decision that you are living
by right now, to not like broccoli, right?
Who’s to say that you can’t change your mind and make a

ENOUGH telling yourself

It’s time to make the decision that
YOU CAN DO THIS and YOU WILL DO THIS,
with the right
MINDSET.

You just need to make a decision that is congruent with what
you want to achieve.
This is the first step to achieving
your goals and dreams.

However, before you even get to the “how” you will do this,
you need to figure out the “why.”
The old adage “To See It, Is to Believe It” is backwards.
It should be “Believe It, and See It Happen!”
STRATEGY 3

It’s just like an actor reading a script and getting into character. They
believe that they are channeling the person with whom they are portraying.
This belief helps us see the character on screen.
For professional athletes, they use this same technique which is called
“cognitive priming.”
STRATEGY 3

A diver will see the dive unfold in their mind, before they even step on the
platform. They will see the twists, the body posture, the execution and the
entry into the water with precision. They believe that they can make the
dive with perfection, and then they see the results unfold as they enter the
water with no splash at all.

There have been studies on the physiological responses of individuals
watching scary movies and individuals that were startled and scared, in
person. Both had the same physical responses; dilated pupils, sweating
palms, racing hearts, yet the people watching the scary movies only
believed they were frightened.

Neuroscience shows that the brain doesn’t know the
difference between the experiences you are
having and what you are imagining.
The brain shows us that it is equal.
STRATEGY 3

You might not know how you are going to transition into your
new business or how you are going to take your business to
the next level, but you need to
BELIEVE that it is going to happen.

BELIEVE that you are going to make 6-figures this year.

as if it’s already happening.

It’s like if I told you to view all the blue objects in the room, and then
asked you to close your eyes and tell me about all
the red objects you saw.
You’d have to think a lot harder, because your focus
was on the blue items, not the red ones.

By making the decision to start thinking like you are already
like seeing the red objects in the room and remembering every detail,
before I asked you about them.
STRATEGY 4

You are Priming Your Brain for Success and getting your brain to
start believing that things are already happening, allowing your internal
dialog to bring in more ideas of how to keep things moving forward,
before that little voice moves in your head and starts
focusing on your limiting beliefs from your past.

Once you allow the brain to begin imagining that things are
happening, you can start to develop your ideas and thoughts
and turn them into “a plan of action,”
which is your “how.”

creeping into your mind,
take four or five deep breaths from your belly.

the old beliefs aren’t getting the fuel they need to keep these
