 Book trouble tickets for Tata Communications Ltd customers.
 Make sure that ticket is booked in correct severity.
 Understand the query of customer and book ticket accordingly.
 Update customer on the ticket status on call/mail.
 Escalate to the relevant teams for earlier resolution.

 Handle issues that are escalated above GM level.

 Open bridge with last mile providers and internal teams for joint troubleshooting for
highly escalated issues.
 Send the bridge details and MOM to all the stakeholders to be on the same page.
 Update internal teams and management on all the escalated incidents along with
resolution time.
 Provide detailed RFO and RCA for major incidents.
 Make sure that the SLA is not breached for all major incidents.
