Habit no 1:
Wake up early
VERY EARLY. The 4AM-type of early.
Most of the top
executives wake up
between 4 - 6 AM.
Habit no 2:
Exercise
Your gym teacher
told you to exercise
regularly. Are you?
Did you know that regular exercise is
good for your productivity?
Exercising regularly
will…
Help you THINK BETTER.
You are less
fatigued.
You would need
less sleep.
Your overall cognitive function goes up.
Bottom line is—
exercise is good for
you. Sound body
equals sound mind.
How often should

Recommended is
30 mins cardio
exercise 3 to 5
times per week.

Habit no 3: Eat that Frog
(It is not a typo)

the same as your 24
hours. Or is it?

hours are created equal.

your taxes and another hour to watch
YouTube videos of cats.
For both tasks, you
consumed an hour.
But which hour

productive?
