This document provides instructions for a ball relay game to improve physical fitness components like speed, reaction time, coordination, flexibility, and balance. Students should form a single straight line and pass a ball alternately over their heads and between their legs. When the ball reaches the back, that student runs to the front to restart the relay. All students should get a turn starting in front to win. Groups of exactly 15 same-gender students should form, with each group preparing a paper with their names.
